The shop and the licence server run on sdravobiz.com. BookingLeads orders are recorded and invoiced there by Sdravobiz S.R.L.
What the product is
BookingLeads is a plugin for WordPress. It places an access screen in front of a booking calendar: the visitor introduces themselves, answers a few questions, then picks a slot. The contact is recorded even when no booking takes place, and is then passed on to the customer’s contact management system.
The plugin is installed and runs on the customer’s own WordPress site, on their own hosting. Sdravobiz S.R.L. hosts neither the customer’s site, nor their visitors, nor the contacts they collect. No visitor data passes through the Publisher’s servers.

The licence and update server, running on sdravobiz.com, is hosted on the same terms. All it receives from a customer’s site is that site’s address, the licence key, the product identifier and the version number installed.
Intellectual property
The BookingLeads trade mark, the logo, the visual identity, the structure of the site, its texts, its illustrations, its screenshots and every element it is made of are the exclusive property of Sdravobiz S.R.L. or of its licensors, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law.
Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, of the elements of the site, by any means whatsoever, without the prior written permission of Sdravobiz S.R.L., is prohibited. This prohibition does not affect the rights granted by the code licence described below.
Customers’ content, trade marks and distinctive signs, along with the contacts they collect with the plugin, remain their exclusive property.
Code licence
The PHP code of the BookingLeads plugin is distributed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later, in line with the WordPress ecosystem it depends on.
The following are not covered by that licence and remain protected by copyright and trade mark law: the BookingLeads name and logo, the images, the illustrations, the fonts, the stylesheets, the documentation content and the texts of the site.
What the customer buys when placing an order is not the code itself, but a licence key giving the right, for a set number of sites, to the updates served from the Publisher’s server and to support. The details are set out in articles 8 to 11 of the Terms and conditions of sale.
Liability
Sdravobiz S.R.L. takes reasonable steps to keep the information published on the site accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee that it is complete or free of error. The features, prices and availability shown may change; only the terms in force on the day of the order, as set out in the Terms and conditions of sale, are binding on Sdravobiz S.R.L.
The demonstrations, screenshots, funnels, rates and figures shown on the site are given as illustrations. They are neither an undertaking as to results nor a guarantee of commercial performance.
The site may contain links to third-party sites, over whose content Sdravobiz S.R.L. has no control and for which it accepts no liability.
Personal data and cookies
The processing of personal data collected through the site and when orders are placed is described in the Privacy policy. That policy also sets out what the plugin records on its customers’ sites, and what the customer must publish themselves for their own visitors.
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Legea nr. 190/2018, everyone has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of their data. These rights can be exercised by writing to contact@sdravobiz.com, with “GDPR” in the subject line.

Mediation and disputes
Any complaint can be sent to contact@bookingleads.pro. Consumer customers can also contact the Autoritatea Națională pentru Protecția Consumatorilor (ANPC): https://anpc.ro.
The site and the product are governed by Romanian law, subject to the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the consumer’s country of habitual residence.
